The College Faculty

The purpose of the fund is to conduct the necessary legal research to preserve Antioch College as a distinct and separate entity with its own governing board, and to provide counsel for any negotiations that may occur to keep the College open. The overwhelming majority of Antioch College Faculty arrived at this decision after careful research and full consideration of the Antioch University Board of Trustees declaration that Antioch College is in a state of financial exigency that can only be resolved by temporarily suspending operations. Antioch College has had a unique educational mission since its founding by Horace Mann 155 years ago.
